Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and what we don't do with it.
Last updated: August 21, 2026
What we collect
We only collect what you actively send us:
- Inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the puppy you are interested in, and your message.
- Newsletter signup: your email address.
- Direct contact: whatever you include when you email, call or text us.
This site sets no cookies of its own and does not use website analytics. It does use Google Ads conversion tracking, so that we can tell which of our adverts actually lead to someone contacting us. Google sets cookies on your device for that purpose, and your browser loads a script from Google on every page.
What Google is told is narrow: that an inquiry was submitted, or that a phone or text link was tapped. It is not told your name, your email address, your phone number, which puppy you asked about, or anything you wrote in a message. If you block trackers or use an ad blocker, the measurement simply does not happen and everything else on the site works as normal.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss available puppies.
- To arrange a sale, collection or delivery if you go ahead.
- To notify you about new litters, if you asked us to.
- To meet record-keeping obligations relating to the sale of an animal.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with anyone except where it is necessary to complete something you have asked for — for example, giving your name and arrival airport to a flight nanny you have booked.
How the forms on this site work
The inquiry form and the video request form each do two things when you submit them. They assemble a message and hand it to your own email application — you see it, and you send it, from your own address. At the same time they send a copy of what you typed straight to our inbox, so that your inquiry still reaches us if your device has no email application set up. Without that copy, a visitor in that position would press submit and nothing would happen.
The copy goes to the same address the message would have: it is delivered by our own web host to our own inbox, and it is not passed through any third-party form service. There is no database and no account for you on this site — your information lives in our inbox and nowhere else. The newsletter signup in the footer is the exception: it only opens your email application and sends nothing on its own.
The practical consequence is that we receive your information the same way we would if you had emailed us directly. Where you do send the message yourself, that is the one we reply to.
How long we keep it
Inquiry correspondence is kept while it is relevant and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records relating to a completed puppy sale are kept for the life of the dog, since we may need them to honour the health guarantee or to take a dog back. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information, except where we need to keep sale records.
- Unsubscribe from litter announcements at any time.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
